Functions: Management and providing interface between Contractor’s Support Team and Company; Tasks management; Service quality control.

Work experience:

  • Education: Master Degree in Technical Science;
  • Certification: Certificate of Excellence for “ITIL Foundation” and “COBIT 5 Foundation”;
  • Not less than 5-years of experience in IT&T services delivery management;
  • Advanced knowledge of information technologies, computer and office equipment, software;
  • Advanced Microsoft Office User;
  • Regulatory document development;
  • Advanced knowledge of the IT Services management model based on ITSM methodology in accordance with ITIL and COBIT recommendation;
  • Language skills: English, Russian at Advanced level.
