Functions: Management and providing interface between Contractor’s Support Team and Company; Tasks management; Service quality control.
- Education: Master Degree in Technical Science;
- Certification: Certificate of Excellence for “ITIL Foundation” and “COBIT 5 Foundation”;
- Not less than 5-years of experience in IT&T services delivery management;
- Advanced knowledge of information technologies, computer and office equipment, software;
- Advanced Microsoft Office User;
- Regulatory document development;
- Advanced knowledge of the IT Services management model based on ITSM methodology in accordance with ITIL and COBIT recommendation;
- Language skills: English, Russian at Advanced level.
