Self-Awareness means to have a clear perception of our personality, including strengths, weaknesses, thoughts, values, beliefs, motivation and emotions. Developing self-awareness helps us learn more about ourselves and what we are capable of. By developing self-awareness we are able to make changes in our thoughts and interpretations that we make in our mind. Changing the interpretations in our mind allows us to change our emotions. Self-awareness is one of the attributes of Emotional Intelligence and an important factor in achieving success. It is developed through practices in focusing the attention on the details of our personality and behavior. Our workshop will help you to have a better understanding of yourselves, being able to experience yourselves as unique and separate individuals.

Confidence is not just an asset that’s nice to have. It is a fundamental basis for success and satisfaction in your professional and personal life, yet so many people struggle to find it. Sadly, this can be a vicious circle: people who lack self-confidence can find it difficult to become successful. Confident people inspire confidence in others: their audience, their peers, their bosses, their customers, and their friends. And gaining the confidence of others is one of the key ways in which a self-confident person finds success. With the help of our professional and enthusiastic trainer you will;

  1. Manage Your Career

Being happy at work and feeling fulfilled in what we do is so important to people’s productivity, creativity and health. But we spend not enough time on planning and reviewing our careers to think about what is important to us, what we need to get from a career and how we can develop ourselves and improve our work life. This workshop is for those who would like to think about their career path and development. With this workshop, we would like to provide individuals with the space to think on their career goals within the context of future expectations, and to support preparation for developing their careers.


Our Trainers:

Laura Hamidova, SHRM-CP received both Bachelor and Master degrees in Law and Social Studies from Khazar University, Azerbaijan (www.khazar.org). She holds Certificate in Human Resources Management (HRM) from Wales University, UK (www.wales.ac.uk). Laura became SHRM Certified Professional in 2017 (www.shrm.org). Also her education includes a number of trainings and workshops from different trainers and legal professionals in Azerbaijan and overseas. She started her career in HR at Det.Al Aluminius and Vest Consulting, and then she worked as an HR Coordinator for AMEC at the time when the company was responsible for British Petroleum’s EMS Project in Oil & Gas Engineering and Design works. After this, Laura joined Moore Stephens as Talent Acquisition Manager. In 2013, she established her own company – FireWorks HRM. Company who currently works with a variety of businesses in different sectors, providing Human Resources Management Services. In 2017, FireWorks HRM received a partnership with SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management) and Laura started actively teaching SHRM CP and SCP Certification preparation courses for HR professionals from different industries in Azerbaijan.


Seymur Rasulov - partner trainer of FireWorks HRM. He is a co-founder at AI-based business messenger platform Whelp (www.gethwelp.com). Previously, he has held various roles in a number of organizations such as Qatar Foundation in Doha, Springer in Dubai, EBSCO (USA) where he worked as a regional sales manager covering Middle East, North Africa, Central Asia, Turkey and Israel with an annual budget of $ 6.4 million. Seymur has received his MSc degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign as an Edmund S. Muskie Fellowship finalist. Seymur Rasulov has been a TEDx speaker twice: first in Germany, second in Dubai. He has also been a speaker at Sales Forum and Mentor Talks and performed mainly with a new concept in sales. Seymur Rasulov engages in the application and training of skills, mainly soft skills such as customer service, presentation skills, team building, sales skills that are needed to turn every potential customer into a buyer.


Lala Abdurahmanova graduated the faculty of the International Relations of Baku State University. She started her professional career in 1996 as a trainer in ISAR company. During 2004 – 2006 she worked as a Consultant and Country Representative of Quadra Consulting Company in Azerbaijan. Since 2006 up to end of 2013 Lala Abdurahmanova led the Academy and Professional Development Division of Azercell Telecom. Since 2014 she privately performs business consultancy, training and couching activities. She graduated from International Coaching Academy located in USA.
