HR Generalist

Responsibilities : 

  • Support HR Manager through administering compensation and benefit plans;
  • Support HR Manager in recruitment process, including generation of vacancy announcements, posting advertisements, and shortlisting of candidates, interviewing and testing; Activities will also cover liaison with recruitment agencies;
  • Manage graduate recruitment programs, coordinate selection process and further training and development initiatives;
  • Conducting employee onboarding and orientation program; Ensure line manager’s involvement in the process;
  • Coordination of learning and development activities of the company: trainings needs assessment, gap analysis and development of training matrix with further execution of annual training plan;
  • Sourcing of training providers, coordination of training events with employees. Maintenance of records of employee participation in all training and development programs;
  • Assist HR Manager in deployment of annual performance management cycle. Provide support to employees and line managers as required. Guide on the process and follow up with all involved parties to meet the deadlines’
  • Assist HR manager with management of staff compensation and benefits; oversee medical insurance policy, add/remove participants as required;
  • Counsel and assist staff with problems and questions relating to HR policies and procedures;
  • Foster positive employee relations and assist in solving any employee issues that surface in prompt and effective manner.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree in HRM, Business administration or relevant field;
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience within Human Resources practice in particular with L&D and Recruitment;
  • Strong practice in providing support and advice to employees on operational HR activities
  • Certifications from trusted HR institutions are preferred (CIPD, SHRM etc.)
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures, staff learning and development and recruitment disciplines;
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws;
  • Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages (Proficient in MS Office);
  • Fluency in Azeri, Russian and English;
  • Strong organizational and planning skills;
  • Good communication and people skills.
