The second edition of the international event “Baku HR Experience” was successfully completed in Baku on Friday, 7th of November.

The conference featured, for the first time in the Caucasus, a senior speaker from the most envied global company: Facebook. Jeff Turner, Head of Learning and Development, spoke about some of the secrets that make Facebook a top employer. Local specialists participating at the two-day event at the Four Seasons Baku evaluated the line-up of speakers and the presentations as exceptional.

The agenda also included sessions by Diaa Mohamed, currently Vice-President HR at HP and former senior HR at British Petroleum and Motorola; Sebastien Terral, Director of Learning and Organizational Culture at Hertz; Xavier Molinie, former HR Executive Dell, former HR Director JCDecaux and many others. Anne Morrison, recently appointed Chairwoman BAFTA and former Director BBC Academy, said: “Azerbaijan is a fascinating place to visit, I am intrigued by Baku, its history and modern development.
