Training Approach & Methodology
At Fireworks we believe in functional and practicable approach. Training session may happen but learning may not. To avoid these challenges we depute expert facilitators. The questionnaires will be sent 10 days before the training to be submitted 3days prior to the session, as a training stratification process.
