FireWorks HRM held “Career Development” Training course on 22nd May 2015, delivered by Laura Hamidova. The purpose of the training was to guide participants on making reasonable changes in their Career Path.
The following topics were covered during the training:
- How to overcome Redundancy?
- CV Writing Guide and Motivational letter preparation;
- Confidence during job interviews and How to make a right impression;
- Higher salary negotiations and etc.
Training, as usual, was full of group discussions and games, role plays, self-assessment tool and one-on-one consultations after the training. The participants of the “Career Development” Training were the representatives of “ASCO World”; “Shahdag Resort & Spa” and also members from the private sector.
