Management Reporting and Document control Assistant

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the project team;
- Provide management support to Team Leader;
- Provide daily, monthly and annual reporting to the project supervisor;
- Manage the project documentation and reporting;
- Working with Project Documentation (create, manage, control and provide full MOC pack to management (technical data understanding required);
- Schedule and organize meetings with main contractors and sub-contractors;
- Create and support a working environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration;
- other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of English,Russian and Azerbaijanilanguages;
- Higher Education (Bachelor Degree), preferably Technical Education;
- Computer literacy, especially MS Office;
- AutoCAD
- Ability to read drawings
- Familiarity with office equipment (e.g. printers and fax machines);
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
