Management Reporting and Document control Assistant

Responsibilities 

  • Provide administrative support to the project team;
  • Provide management support to Team Leader;
  • Provide daily, monthly and annual reporting to the project supervisor;
  • Manage the project documentation and reporting;
  • Working with Project Documentation (create, manage, control and provide full MOC pack to management (technical data understanding required);
  • Schedule and organize meetings with main contractors and sub-contractors;
  • Create and support a working environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration;
  • other duties as assigned.

Requirements 

  • Excellent knowledge of English,Russian and Azerbaijanilanguages;
  • Higher Education (Bachelor Degree), preferably Technical Education;
  • Computer literacy, especially MS Office;
  • AutoCAD
  • Ability to read drawings
  • Familiarity with office equipment (e.g. printers and fax machines);
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
