  • Prepare the Monthly, Quarterly and Annual IFRS Reports and manage the internal and external review for these documents;
  • Monitor and ensure timely identification and compliance with evolving accounting guidance, provide IFRS interpretation and prepare technical memorandums that document issues in a clear, logical and comprehensive manner;
  • Manage communications with external auditors on external financial statements and accounting issues to ensure auditor agreement with company decisions on accounting disclosures, and issues;
  • Assist in the coordination of annual audit and quarterly review activities of external auditors;
  • Implement and maintain reporting procedures to comply with internal control requirements; 
  • Support month end and year end closing;
  • Execute Financial Statement Analysis;
  • Preparation of consolidations and cash flow statements;
  • Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual operating information and consolidations;
  • Monitor variances;
  • Participate in other projects as required.


  • 6-8 years of experience in the required field;
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Azerbaijani languages;
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills;
  • Excellent presentation skills;
  • Well organized with excellent time;
  • Good I.T. understanding;
  • Good team player;
  • Highly self-motivated;
  • Calm, professional attitude and approach work;
  • Able and willing to advise and support colleagues at all levels;
  • Reliable and trustworthy, with the ability to work unsupervised.
