Establish & manage Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, including:

-Determination & monitoring of external/ internal issues including relevant interested parties relevant to QMS/ SWOT analysis;

-Determination of main processes for QMS and setting/ tracking of targeted outcomes via performance metrics (KPI’s);

- Planning actions to address risks and opportunities/ Implementation of actions for mitigation;

-Management of changes/ Ensure all changes planned and potential consequences considered;

Planning and involvement within awareness activities for staff;

-Establishing and control communication within the QMS;

-Establishing documentation system for QMS/ Methods for identification, release and preservation;

-Handling & investigation of complaints and reported nonconformities/ Corrective action planning/ Effectiveness verification;

-Performance Analysis/ Preparation of quality reports for senior management;

-Provide necessary inputs for management review meeting of QMS/ Tracking the status of actions targeted (outputs);

-Development of internal audit programme/ Conduction & reporting;

-Preparation & distribution of the internal audit report; -

-Follow up actions;

-Preparation of the company for 2nd & 3rd party audits; 

-Planning and submission of effective corrective actions for nonconformities recorded through external audits.


Establish & Control of Management System of Calibration Laboratory in accordance with ISO/ IEC 17025:2017, including: --Realization of impartiality & confidentiality/ Conduction of risk assessment;

-Preparation of necessary documentation for accreditation/ Structural requirements;

-Determination of requirements for purchased & externally provided services;

-Verification of methods/ Ensuring the validity of results;

-Development of calibration program;

-Selection & implementation management system option.

-The ability to overcome multitask work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines;

-Excellent communication skills.



-Bachelor’s degree in engineering.

-3 years of experience in Quality field, including at least one year in decision-making position.

-Certificate of ISO 9001:2015 internal auditor. 

-Be familiar with ISO/ IEC 17025:2017 requirements.

-English independent user (Upper-intermediate-B2).



-Experience in the petroleum industry;

-Experience with hydraulic/ pneumatic systems;

-5+ year Experience;

-Lead Auditor (ISO 9001:2015) certification;

-Integrated Management System auditing experience and certification of internal auditor (ISO 9001/ 14001/ 45001);

-ISO/IEC 17025:2017 internal auditor certification
