Sales Manager



  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients
  • Cultivate new sales leads to establish business
  • Sell and negotiate company’ services
  • Responsible for securing and maintaining new business
  • Provide quotes for current and prospective clients
  • Perform analytical and logistics planning
  • Proactively identify problems and implement effective solutions
  • Provide follow-up customer satisfaction with clients as needed
  • Achieve individual, team, and company goals
  • Work closely with operations team to ensure customer freight is being moved efficiently


  • 5+ years corporate sales experience in supply chain, previous job history within an oil and gas company is preferred 
  • Age interval, 28-40 years
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented
  • Must possess a strong work ethic
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to negotiate rates, sell services, and build professional relationships via telephone and email
  • Strong communication (both verbal and written), problem solving, and decision making skills
