Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients
- Cultivate new sales leads to establish business
- Sell and negotiate company’ services
- Responsible for securing and maintaining new business
- Provide quotes for current and prospective clients
- Perform analytical and logistics planning
- Proactively identify problems and implement effective solutions
- Provide follow-up customer satisfaction with clients as needed
- Achieve individual, team, and company goals
- Work closely with operations team to ensure customer freight is being moved efficiently
Requirements
- 5+ years corporate sales experience in supply chain, previous job history within an oil and gas company is preferred
- Age interval, 28-40 years
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Extremely organized and detail oriented
- Must possess a strong work ethic
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to negotiate rates, sell services, and build professional relationships via telephone and email
- Strong communication (both verbal and written), problem solving, and decision making skills
