HSE Training Officer



  • Assist HSE Training Coordinator with HSE annual/periodic training plan according to the organization’s HSE requirements, in coordination with the Project HSE Manager, concerned business unit and the training development;
  • Delivering training to the concerned departments regarding training plans, venues, attendees etc.;
  • Define / develop tools / method in order to monitor the effectiveness of the course delivered;
  • Standardize the HSE training course catalogue;
  • Conduct HSE awareness to new employees;
  • Assist HSE Training Coordinator in the training efficiency by analysing outcome and recommending improvements;
  • Fully adhere, at all times and irrespective of the work place, to Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) policies, procedures and requirements;
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by Superior within his/her technical capabilities.



  • ​Higher education;                                           
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar position within Oil and gas industry;
  • Knowledge of Languages: English (fluent), Azerbaijani (fluent) ;
  • Experience in delivering HSE training courses. Capability to prepare and conduct induction and HSE training courses;
  • Knowledge of main principles of the HSE Management system;
  • Knowledge of local HSE legislation and main technical rules with focus especially on safety issues as well as main important international standards on HSE management system;
  • Good planning and organizational skills.
