  • Responsible for creation, monitoring and review of business development activities
  • Identify and develop relationships with industry professionals to generate new business opportunities
  • Recommend and develop annual and quarterly sales promotion programs in accordance with Company goals and objectives
  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
  • Recommend and assist with the development of sales policies, programs, methods, advertising and promotional ideas, forecasts, sales quotas, sales campaigns, etc.
  • Lead the research and development of sales and market based information that is necessary to prepare various reports which enable senior management to make educated, informed business decisions
  • Attend trade shows and other associations’ meetings to stay abreast of market conditions, competition, and establish relationships with existing clients and prospects
  • Help develop and manage the execution of the sales plan
  • Development and implementation of the company brand and strategy
  • Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition
  • Develops new uses for existing products by analyzing statistics regarding market development; acquiring and analyzing data; consulting with internal and external sources
  • Obtains market share by developing marketing plans and programs for each project

  • Bachelor Degree required
  • Broad and in-depth business background with a reasonable working knowledge of the technical aspects of design/build construction
