Sales Representative (Concrete additives)



  • Organization and conduction of sales of Company products;
  • Potential clients search;
  • Commercial negotiations with clients to the benefit of the Company;
  • Proactive response to the information received from clients and transfer of it to the person;
  • Planning and analysis activities of the Sales Representative:
  • preparation of monthly sales plan;
  • analysis of statistical data for product sales and delivery to Company clients;
  • submission of work completion reports in accordance with company management and administration principles.
  • Sales administration:
  • managing distribution and retail network;
  • providing information and technical support to the clients;
  • informing clients of any changes in product range, product cost increase and decrease, demand boosting actions, and product arrival at the warehouse;
  • interface with Company departments in order to resolve the assigned tasks;
  • participation in meetings;
  • management of work and reporting documentation;
  • ensuring up-to-date information on clients within the data base;
  • client financial discipline, payment terms control.



  • Language: English- fluent, Russian- preferable, Turkish - moderate (provided that Azeri is a mother language)
  • Education background: University graduate - Civil engineer (mandatory)
  • Work experience: 2-3 years of sales experience in construction industry
  • Military service completed
  • Driving licence
  • Ready to travel (Azerbaijan regions, foreign countries)
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment
