- Responsible for the recruitment process of new employees

- To determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing test results, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements

- To build applicant sources by checking company’s existing applicants database, to research and contact recruitment agencies, employment centers and internet sites

- To arrange interviews with requesting departments

- Ensure internal and external postings

- Arrange security check up for selected candidates

- Arrange documents collection for the employment

- Provide training&development team with the  list of people and positions succeeded at the interview

- To maintain recruitment status report

- Input all information about interviews, selected and rejected candidates to the system

- Inform needed teams about hired candidates (administrative, IT and etc.)

- Follow company policies and procedures



- Bachelor’s degree

- Solid experience and knowledge in recruitment

- Solid understanding of HR general practices and labor code

- Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills

- Good presentation and reporting skills

- Time management and multitasking

- Decision-making skills

- Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian and English

- Proficient in MS Office
