FireWorks HRM held one day “Organizational and Individual Performance: Achievement and results” training held by Shravani Sarbadhikary who is specialized in Human Resources with fourteen years of extensive experience in core HR functions – People management, business process and transformation management, Learning Development, compensation and rewards, Performance and Talent management for sustaining business growth. In her career span she has served in IT, Banking & Finance, Engineering and FMCG sectors. She served as a Learning & Development Leader, with Ernst & Young which is a leading Big 4 global Audit firm.
“Organizational and Individual Performance: Achievement and results” training was provided for the top performing organizations or individuals in constant need to build motivated and self-directed team of professionals.
Training Objectives: At the end of the training the participants were able to develop the following skills:
• Motivation and achievement;
• Self-branding from a single identity perspective to a multi perspective;
• Team work and leadership resulting in enhanced Organizational and Individual performance.
This training session was very interactive, experimental, and autonomous, through case-studies, brain-storming, ice-breakers, games, and simulations. The questionnaires were sent 10 days before the training to be submitted 3 days prior to the session, as a training stratification process. The penultimate session was comprised of training evaluation to understand the level of insight reached for future contribution in business.
