TRAININGS - Role of Competencies in People Management Process

FireWorks HRM held one day “Role of Competencies in People Management Process” training course delivered by CIPD Associate member with solid background in Learning & Development and experience in international companies based locally and overseas.

Target Audience: Designed for HR / Learning & Development professionals who require a general overview of competencies frameworks to enhance implementation of people management processes in organization.

Training Objectives: At the end of the session candidates were able to:

1. Recognize different types of competencies
2. Define key principles of and steps in producing competency frameworks.
3. Implement competency frameworks in organization.
4. Understand the role of competencies in people management processes.
