FireWorks HRM held one day “Role of Competencies in People Management Process” training course delivered by CIPD Associate member with solid background in Learning & Development and experience in international companies based locally and overseas.
Target Audience: Designed for HR / Learning & Development professionals who require a general overview of competencies frameworks to enhance implementation of people management processes in organization.
Training Objectives: At the end of the session candidates were able to:

2. Define key principles of and steps in producing competency frameworks.
3. Implement competency frameworks in organization.
