At the end of the coaching participant will be able to:

- Define important aspects of human resource management such as talent acquisition, learning & development, total rewards, workforce planning and strategy
- To match human resources & behavioral competencies such as leadership and navigation, ethical practice, relationship management, consultation, critical evaluation, global and cultural effectiveness, business acumen and communication to the organization’s strategic objectives

About trainer     

Laura Hamidova (https://www.linkedin.com/in/laura-hamidova-a93a5442/ru) received both Bachelor and Master degrees in Law and Social Studies from Khazar University (www.khazar.org). She holds a certificate in Human Resources Management from Wales University, UK (www.wales.ac.uk). Active member of SHRM (Society for Human Resources Management). Also her education includes number of trainings and workshops from different trainers and legal professionals. She started her career in HR from Det.Al Aluminius and Vest Consulting, then she worked as an HR coordinator for AMEC at the same time when the company was responsible for BP’s EMS projects Engineering and Design works. After this Laura joined Moore Stephens as the Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Manager. At the end of the 2013 she established her own company – FireWorks HRM. Company who currently works with a variety of businesses in different sectors, providing Human Resources Management Services.
